- A wealthy person who earns $1 million a year gets an average tax break of about $150,000 from the Bush tax cuts.
- When the rich get tax breaks they don’t need and the country can’t afford -- hard-working, middle-class Americans like you have to make up the difference — and that's not fair.
- Under the GOP plan, 25 million American families will face a tax increase of about $1,000.
